Kathleen Carr is an award-winning, classically trained painter, illustrator, and designer. She holds a BFA from the Maryland Institute College . Her painting has received recognition from the BP Portrait Award at the National Portrait Gallery in London, The Portrait Society of America, The Art Renewal Center Salon, The Salmagundi Club, The Sedona Art Prize, The Butler Institute of American Art and St. Vincent's Gallery's Biannual Exhibition. Her design and illustration work has been recognized by Communication Arts, Adobe, and Apple Quicktime. She has spent many years as a designer for major media including Washington Post and National Geographic. She has also worked in Academia as the Program Head for the Design Department at the Corcoran College of Art and taught in their undergraduate program. She has studied classical painting in the atelier style with Scott Waddell, of Grand Central Atelier and Robert Liberace of the Art Student's League of VA, and Dan Thompson of Studio Incamminati. Jed Gibbons is a working artist and designer in Chicago IL. He graduated from Kendall College of Design in Grand Rapids MI in 1978, and has studied art at the Art Institute of Chicago. Jed worked in
advertising for 23 years while also working in a variety of areas of Sacred Art in the Church. He left
advertising as a creative director in 2000 to pursue sacred art full time. His work has been in juried
competitions and has won numerous awards. Jed has also been teaching classes nationally and
internationally, in the art of Medieval Illumination with the Catholic perspective with the focus

Rev. Joshua Caswell, S.J.C.
Treasurer & Co-Founder
Father Joshua Caswell is an associate pastor at St. John Cantius Church in Chicago. He, along with his brother, were the last priests ordained by Francis Cardinal George in 2014. He graduated from Holy Apostles College and Seminary with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Masters in Divinity. As a member of the Canons Regular of St. John Cantius, he acts as chaplain for Quo Vadis Young Adults and has worked with digital communications and the graphic arts for many years.

Brianna Palmore is a writer and parishioner of St. John Cantius. She received her BFA with an emphasis in Writing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2014. Brianna manages events, social media marketing, and assists the board of directors with various tasks.
